Consulting is multifaceted. Each organization is unique and may require something completely different. There are no one size fits all process. However we use proven strategies and techniques to ensure our clients success. We use a leadership model developed by the renowned Center of Creative Leadership program called ACS or Assessment, Challenge and Support. We use the same concept and approach as we consult with our clients. 
For each client we conduct an Assessment which allows us to pull together necessary data and ask the right questions for the best results. We then can evaluate the current level of competence, expertise, and organizational challenges. The second component is the Challenge process. We provide our clients with a plan and roadmap that will challenge the way they have done business in the past or how they have run a particular program. We help clients develop new skills as they move forward with the challenge process. Lastly, we provide our clients with Support, by providing them accountability and encouragement throughout the consultant process. We also help set milestones and monitor the progress of our clients during the support phase.
